Workshop 5 —Emergency Response Planning to introduce the structure and content of the ERP to the City's review team. Upon receipt of comments,West Yost will revise and finalize the Emergency Response Plan. West Yost will provide a draft and final draft certification letter for the City to finalize and send to EPA prior to the compliance deadline. Task 10 Deliverables: • Draft and Final ERP • Draft and Final Certification Letter SCHEDULE Work on this project is assumed to begin in January 2020 and continue through December 2020. An overview of our proposed schedule is included in this scope(Attachment A).A detailed project schedule with workshop and deliverable due dates will be developed in coordination with the City's Project Manager during project initiation. COMPENSATION City shall compensate for Consultant's Services on a time and material cost basis with not to exceed limits as defined in Table 1,and shall be in accordance with the 2020 Billing Rate Schedule included as Attachment B.
