PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-99-92 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF TRINITY LUTHERAN CHURCH, AS FILED UNDER CASE Z-99-212/UP-99-40 WHEREAS, Trinity Lutheran Church has applied for a conditional use permit and design review approval of the addition of an approximately 6,220-square foot sanctuary and 1,920- square feet of administrative office space, the construction of additional off-street parking spaces, and landscape modifications at the site of an existing church located at 1225 Hopyard Road; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-I-6,500 (Single-family Residential) District; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 10, 1999, the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration prepared for Case Z-99-21 2/UP-99-40; and WHEREAS, the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that approval of the proposed project would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVESTHEFOLLO~G: Section I. Approves the Negative Declaration prepared for Case Z-99-21 2IUP-99-40, the application of Trinity Lutheran Church for a conditional use permit and design review approval of the addition of an approximately 6,220-square foot sanctuary and 1,920-square feet of administrative office space, the construction of additional off-street parking spaces, and landscape modifications at the site of an existing church located at 1225 Hopyard Road Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
