The applicant shall underground:all new Utility service connections to thenew building(s) Within the_projectat.theirr expense prior tb the issuance-of the certificate of occupancy. (Project Specific Condition) 49: The applicant's California licensed civil engineer shall submitwater and sanitary sewer calculations for the development with the first submittal of the improvement plans. The calculations shall provide for the Water and sewer demand, impacts to existing water and sewer infrastructure, and proposed water and sewer improvements to address any impacts. (Project Specific Condition) 50. All on-site drainage inlets shall be marked with the words "No Dumping' Flows to Bay" or equivalent and shall be verified prior to the acceptance of the project. Maintenance of the storm drain inlet marking shall'be included in the stormwater O&M Agreement. (Project Specific Condition) 51. The applicant shall enter into a "Stormwater Treatment Measures_Inspection and Maintenance Agreement" for annual maintenance and reporting of the stormwater treatment system,as'depicted on the City-approved plans by the Director of Engineering/City Engineer. A signed copy of the"agreement shall be provided to the City prior to the-issuance of encroachment permit. The agreement shall be filed for record at the Alameda=County.Clerk-Recorder's Office at a time determined by the Director of Engineering/City Engineer. (Project Specific Condition) 52. . The applicant's California licensed civil engineer shall prepare improvement plans that include the typical and special cross sections; existing and proposed sanitary sewer storm drain, and water improvements; grading; curb ramps, sidewalk, and driveways.; subdrains; fire hydrants, repair or,replacement of deficient frontage,:improvements, construction of frontage improvements;,flood zone limits', seismic,fault zone limits;'existing and.proposed easements; storm water pollution-control plan; storm water management_plan; and other details as determined by the Director of Engineering/City Engineer.
