A similar <br /> note shall'appear on the building permit and/or improvement-plans. . <br /> Fees - <br /> 34. FEES:.The applicant shall pay any and all fees to which the property may be <br /> subject, prior to issuance of grading and/or building permits, or prior to <br /> recordation ofthe final map, whichever is applicable. The type and amount of the <br /> fees shall be those in effectat the.time the permit is issued. <br /> 35. WATER FEES AND WATER METER CONNECTION FEES: The applicant shall <br /> pay the applicable Zone 7 and City connection fees andwater meter cost for any <br /> water meters and irrigation meters, if applicable, prior to building permit.issuance. <br /> 36.
