FOR THE NOT-TO-EXCEED AMOUNT OF $69,289 FOR ADDITIONAL <br /> DESIGN, SURVEY, AND LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES <br /> RELATED TO THE UPDATE TO THE LIONS WAYSIDE AND DELUCCHI <br /> PARKS MASTER PLAN <br /> SUMMARY <br /> In October of 2018, the Pleasanton City Council approved an agreement with Moore, <br /> lacofano and Goltsman Inc. for services related to preparing an update to the City's Lion <br /> Wayside and Delucchi Parks Master Plan. Following meeting with local regional <br /> permitting agencies in anticipation of the Master Plan and following the acquisition of <br /> the properties on 4363 and 4377 First Street, an amendment is necessary to add new <br /> services the original contract scope. These new services include additional design and <br /> survey work for the new parcel on First Street to be included in this Master Plan, and a <br /> TR-55 Hydrology study of the area of Kottinger Creek within Lions Wayside Park. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Approve and authorize an amendment to the professional services agreement with <br /> Moore, lacofano and Goltsman, Inc. for the not-to-exceed amount of$69,289 for design, <br /> survey, and landscape architectural services related to the update to the Lions Wayside <br /> and Delucchi Parks Master Plan <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> This contract with Moore, lacafano, and Goltsman, Inc. for the completion of the Lions <br /> Wayside and Delucchi Parks Master Plan is funded through project#06716 of the <br /> Capital Improvement Program. The additional costs outlined in this report will continue <br /> to be funded project#06716 of the Capital Improvement Program. <br />
