CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 631 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT #111, AMENDING CHAPTER 2, TITLE II OF THE ORDI- <br /> NANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, REZONING FROM THE A <br /> (AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT TO THE O (OFFICE) DISTRICT AND P <br /> (PUBLIC AND INSTITUTIONAL) DISTRICT PROPERTY OF E. W. SCHLIES <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> I. <br /> <br /> The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960, <br /> referred to in 62-12.12, Chapter 2 of Title II of the Ordinance <br /> Code of the City of Pleasanton, designating and dividing the City <br /> of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 111, as shown on the map dated May 24, 1971 <br /> on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, shall designate <br /> the land use and zoning districts of the territory referred <br /> to therein. <br /> <br /> II. <br /> <br /> Said territory and zone classification, as amended, is further <br /> <br />l described as follows: <br /> <br /> Real property of Edward W. Schlies, being approximately 5 <br /> acres and located at the north eastern corner of Santa Rita <br /> Road and Mohr Avenue, is hereby classified as follows: <br /> <br /> 0 (Office) District <br /> <br /> Real property of Edward Schlies, being approximately ten acres <br /> immediately adjacent on the north the parcel hereinabove <br /> referred to and fronting on Santa Rita Road is hereby classi- <br /> fied as follows: <br /> <br /> P (Public and Institutional) District <br /> tII. <br /> <br /> It is the intention of the City Council that the owner of the <br /> property herein, or his successor or successors in interest, use <br /> the parcel zoned 0 (Office) District herein for medically oriented <br /> uses and that compliance with this intent be considered by the <br /> Planning Commission in assessing whether conditional use permits be <br /> allowed for uses on the parcel zoned P (Public and Institutional) <br /> <br /> <br />
