<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-99-86 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE DRAFT AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO FOR CONVEYANCE <br />OF REAL ESTATE - CIVIC CENTER PROPERTY, DATED FEBRUARY 17, 1999 <br />FOR THE BERNAL PROPERTY PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City and County of San Francisco is proposing to enter into an agreement with <br />the City of Pleasant on for Conveyance of Real Estate - Civic Center Property, dated <br />February 17, 1999; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on June 9, June 23, June 28, July 7, July 16, <br />October 7, and October 27, 1999 and held public hearings on the completeness and <br />adequacy of the Environmental Impact Report and documents for the project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing on October 27, 1999, the Planning Commission <br />considered all related reports, documents, testimony, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 27, 1999, the Planning Commission recommended <br />approval of the draft September 1998 Specific Plan for the Bernal Property and the <br />PUD Development Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the proposed agreement to be consistent with the <br />Draft Bernal Property Specific Plan and the Bernal Property PUD Development <br />Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Recommends approval of the Draft Agreement for Conveyance of Real Estate _ <br />Civic Center Property, dated February 17, 1999; between the City and County of <br />San Francisco and the City of Pleasanton, as modified by Exhibit "B," "Planning <br />Commission - Recommended Modifications to the Bernal Property Project," <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br />
