<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-99-85 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE DRAFT GROWTH <br />MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT, DRAFT BERNAL INTERCHANGE <br />CONSTRUCTION AND REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT, DRAFT BERNAL <br />BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION AND CITY CONSULTANTS' FEES AGREEMENT, <br />DRAFT AGREEMENT FOR CONVEYANCE OF REAL ESTATE - PARK <br />EXPANSION PARCEL, AND DRAFT VERONA ROAD AGREEMENT FOR THE <br />BERNAL PROPERTY PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City and County of San Francisco is proposing to enter into the following <br />agreements with the City of Pleasanton for the approximately 5 I O-acre Bernal <br />Property: Draft Growth Management Agreement, dated February 9, 1999; Draft <br />Bernal Interchange Construction and Reimbursement Agreement; Draft Bernal <br />Bridge Construction and City Consultants' Fees Agreement, dated February 1999; <br />Draft Agreement for Conveyance of Real Estate - Park Expansion Parcel, dated <br />February 17, 1999; and Draft Verona Road Agreement for the Bernal Property <br />Project, dated February 17, 1999; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on June 9, June 23, June 28, July 7, July 16, <br />October 7, and October 27, 1999 and held public hearings on the completeness and <br />adequacy of the Environmental Impact Report and documents for the project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing on October 27, 1999, the Planning Commission <br />considered all related reports, documents, testimony, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 27, 1999, the Planning Commission recommended <br />approval of the draft September 1998 Specific Plan for the Bernal Property and the <br />PUD Development Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the proposed agreements to be consistent with the <br />Draft Bernal Property Specific Plan and the Bernal Property PUD Development <br />Plan. <br />
