PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-99-85 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE DRAFT GROWTH MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT, DRAFT BERNAL INTERCHANGE CONSTRUCTION AND REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT, DRAFT BERNAL BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION AND CITY CONSULTANTS' FEES AGREEMENT, DRAFT AGREEMENT FOR CONVEYANCE OF REAL ESTATE - PARK EXPANSION PARCEL, AND DRAFT VERONA ROAD AGREEMENT FOR THE BERNAL PROPERTY PROJECT WHEREAS, the City and County of San Francisco is proposing to enter into the following agreements with the City of Pleasanton for the approximately 5 I O-acre Bernal Property: Draft Growth Management Agreement, dated February 9, 1999; Draft Bernal Interchange Construction and Reimbursement Agreement; Draft Bernal Bridge Construction and City Consultants' Fees Agreement, dated February 1999; Draft Agreement for Conveyance of Real Estate - Park Expansion Parcel, dated February 17, 1999; and Draft Verona Road Agreement for the Bernal Property Project, dated February 17, 1999; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on June 9, June 23, June 28, July 7, July 16, October 7, and October 27, 1999 and held public hearings on the completeness and adequacy of the Environmental Impact Report and documents for the project; and WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing on October 27, 1999, the Planning Commission considered all related reports, documents, testimony, and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 27, 1999, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the draft September 1998 Specific Plan for the Bernal Property and the PUD Development Plan; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the proposed agreements to be consistent with the Draft Bernal Property Specific Plan and the Bernal Property PUD Development Plan.
