<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-99-79 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF TED <br />MA VRIDIS, AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-99-04 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ted Mavridis has applied for rezoning of a 9,120-square-foot site from the <br />R-1-6,500 (Single-Family Residential) District and Core Area Overlay District to <br />the C-C (Central-Commercial) District and Core Area Overlay District located at <br />357 Ray Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 27, 1999, the Planning Commission, after considering <br />all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this proposal, recommended approval of the Negative Declaration <br />prepared for this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed rezoning is appropriate <br />for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case RZ-99-04, the application of Ted Mavridis for <br />rezoning of a 9,120-square-foot site from the R-I-6,500 (Single-Family Residential) <br />District and Core Area Overlay District to the C-C (Central-Commercial) District and <br />Core Area Overlay District. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 27TH DAY OF OCTOBER 1999 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Kameny, Maas, and Roberts <br />Commissioners Kumaran and Sullivan <br />None <br />None <br />
