PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-99-76 RESOLUTION FINDING THAT THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN TTK PARTNERSHIP AND THE CITY OF PLEASANTON IS CONSISTENT WITH THE GENERAL PLAN AND THE HAPPY V ALLEY SPECIFIC PLAN WHEREAS, TTK Partnership is proposing to enter into a Development Agreement with the City of Pleasanton to provide for water and sewer infrastructure for existing residents in Happy Valley in exchange for vested rights to develop a 12-lot, single-family residential project (PUD-99-07) on a 46.3 acre site located within the Happy Valley Specific Plan area; and WHEREAS, the property is within the unincorporated area of Alameda County; and WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of October 13, 1999 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, the proposed TTK development plan was previously found by the Planning Commission to be consistent with the General Plan and the Happy Valley Specific Plan, and the proposed development agreement is based on that PUD development plan. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Finds that the proposed Development Agreement between the City of Pleasanton and TTK Partnership to provide for water and sewer infrastructure for existing residents in Happy Valley in exchange for vested rights to develop a 12-lot, single-family residential project (PUD-99-07) on a 46.3 acre site located within the Happy Valley Specific Plan area is consistent with the Happy Valley Specific Plan and the General Plan. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that time.
