<br />Exhibit "B" <br />Final Conditions of Approval for PUD-81-30-80D <br /> <br />SafeAmerica Federal Credit Union <br />Chabot Drive and Gibraltar Drive <br /> <br />October 14, 1999 <br /> <br />I. Development shall be substantially as shown on the development plans, Exhibit <br />"A", dated "Received October 8, 1999" on file with the Planning Department, ex- <br />cept as modified by the following conditions. Minor changes to the plans may be <br />allowed subject to the approval of the Planning Director if found to be in substan- <br />tial conformance to the approved exhibits. <br /> <br />2. The conceptual wall signs are not approved with this application. A comprehen- <br />sive signing program shall be submitted to the Planning Director for consideration <br />under separate application prior to any signage installation and shall be consistent <br />with the Hacienda Park Design Guidelines. <br /> <br />3. The building developer shall submit a final lighting plan for the building and the <br />site for the review and approval of the Planning Director prior to issuance of build- <br />ing permits. Lighting shall be directed away from adjacent residences. <br /> <br />4. The developer shall pay any and all fees to which the property may be subject <br />prior to issuance of building permits. The type and amount of the fees shall be <br />those in effect at the time the building permit is issued. <br /> <br />5. This design review approval will lapse within one (1) year from the date of ap- <br />proval unless a building permit is issued and construction has commenced and is <br />diligently pursued toward completion or an extension has been approved by the <br />City. <br /> <br />6. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the developer shall pay the required com- <br />mercial development school impact fee as prescribed by state law and as adopted <br />by the Pleasanton Unified School District. <br /> <br />7.
