PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-99-72 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF SAFEAMERICA FEDERAL CREDIT UNION FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-30-80D WHEREAS, SafeAmerica Federal Credit Union has applied for design review approval for an approximately 25,642-square-foot, two-story, commercial building on a 3.47 acre site located at 4701 Chabot Drive (Hacienda Park Lot #5B); and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD-I/C-O (Planned Unit Development - Industrial/Commercial-Office) and Hacienda Park MOIPD (Mixed Office, Research and Development/Light Manufacturing) District; and WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of October 13, 1999, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations ofthe City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, the proposed project is covered by the existing Environmental Impact Report previously approved by the City Council for Hacienda Business Park; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project is attractive and well-designed and fulfills the requirements of the Hacienda Design Guidelines for the property. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section I. Approves Case PUD-81-30-80D, the application of SafeAmerica Federal Credit Union for design review approval for an approximately 25,642-square-foot, two-story, commercial building on a 3.47 acre site located at 4701 Chabot Drive (Hacienda Park Lot #5B), subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that time.
