<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-99-72 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF SAFEAMERICA FEDERAL <br />CREDIT UNION FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />PUD-81-30-80D <br /> <br />WHEREAS, SafeAmerica Federal Credit Union has applied for design review approval for an <br />approximately 25,642-square-foot, two-story, commercial building on a 3.47 acre <br />site located at 4701 Chabot Drive (Hacienda Park Lot #5B); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD-I/C-O (Planned Unit Development - <br />Industrial/Commercial-Office) and Hacienda Park MOIPD (Mixed Office, <br />Research and Development/Light Manufacturing) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of October 13, 1999, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations ofthe <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed project is covered by the existing Environmental Impact Report <br />previously approved by the City Council for Hacienda Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project is attractive and <br />well-designed and fulfills the requirements of the Hacienda Design Guidelines for <br />the property. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section I. <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-81-30-80D, the application of SafeAmerica Federal Credit <br />Union for design review approval for an approximately 25,642-square-foot, <br />two-story, commercial building on a 3.47 acre site located at 4701 Chabot Drive <br />(Hacienda Park Lot #5B), subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached <br />hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br />
