<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-99-7I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF FRANK AUF DER MAUR <br />AND KONRAD RICKENBACH FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE Z-99-228 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Frank Auf der Maur and Konrad Rickenbach have applied for design review <br />approval to construct an approximately 13,536-square-foot, single-story service <br />commercial building located at 3295 Bernal Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - C (Commercial) <br />District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of October 13,1999, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed project is covered by the Initial Study and Negative Declaration <br />approved by the City Council for expansion of the Stanley Business Park under <br />PUD-88-12; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project meets the City's <br />design goals for the business park and the surrounding area. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves the application of Frank Auf der Maur and Konrad Rickenbach for <br />design review approval to construct an approximately 13,536-square-foot, <br />single-story service commercial building located at 3295 Bernal Avenue, subject <br />to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case <br />by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br />
