CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 629 <br /> ZONING UNIT #110 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR APPROXI- <br /> MATELY 18 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED IN THE CITY OF PLEASANTON AT <br /> THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF BERNAL AVENUE AND FOOTHILL ROAD, <br /> BOUNDED ON THE EAST BY THE ARROYO DE LA LAGUNA, ON THE SOUTH <br /> BY A PARCEL OF PROPERTY APPROXIMATELY 20 ACRES IN SIZE ZONED <br /> RM-2500 ON THE WEST BY FOOTHILL ROAD AND ON THE NORTH BY BERNAL <br /> AVENUE, SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR, STARTING AT THE BERNAL AVENUE <br /> FRONTAGE AND RUNNING SOUTHERLY, APPROXIMATELY 5.8 ACRES IN THE <br /> C-N (NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT, APPRXIMATELY 1 ACRE IN <br /> THE 0 (OFFICE) DISTRICT AND APPROXIMATELY 11.3 ACRES IN THE <br /> RM-4000 (MULTI-FAMILY) DISTRICT. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> I. <br /> <br />The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960, <br />referred to in §2-12.12, Chapter 2 of Title II of the Ordinance <br />Code of the City of Pleasanton, designating and dividing the City <br />of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 110, as shown on the map dated April 26, <br /> 19Zl, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, <br /> shall designate the land use and zoning districts of the <br /> territory referred to therein. <br /> <br /> II. <br /> <br />Said territory and zone classification, as amended, is further <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> Property of Castlewood Enterprises, a partnership, being <br /> approximately 18 acres in size, bounded on the west by <br /> Foothill Road, on the north by Bernal Avenue, on the east <br /> by the Arroyo De La Laguna and on the south by a parcel <br /> approximately 20 acres in size zoned RM-2500, of which <br /> approximately 4.5 acres is presently zoned C-C (Community <br /> Commercial) District, approximately 9.5 acres C-N (Neighbor~ <br /> hood Commercial) District and approximately 4.2 acres <br /> 0 (Office) District, is hereby classified as follows: <br /> <br /> Approximately 5.8 acres, fronting on both Foothill Road <br /> and Bernal Avenue, being rectangular in shape an~ having <br /> a frontage along Foothill Road of approximately 328 feet <br /> and along the Arroyo De La Laguna of approximately 404 <br /> feet, is hereby classified in the C-N (Neighborhood <br /> Commercial) District. <br /> <br /> Approximately 1 acre, being immediately adjacent on the <br /> south the above classified C-N (Neighborhood Commercial)! <br /> District parcel and having a frontage on Foothill Road <br /> of some 208 feet and a depth of approximately 208 feet <br /> and being square in shape, is hereby classified in the <br /> <br /> <br />
