The applicant shall revise Sheet Civil-2, Preliminary Utility and Storm Drain Plan, <br /> to depict the locations, sizes, serial numbers and GPM ratings of the existing and <br /> proposed water meters and locations of the proposed backflow devices. The <br /> proposed water meters shall be sized based on the domestic water demand <br /> shown on the plumbing plans and the irrigation water demand shown on the <br /> irrigation plans. The applicant shall obtain, grant, and record private access, drainage, and utility <br /> easements across the project for the benefit of the project site (6455 Owens Dr., <br /> APN: 941-1315-2-2), the hotel site (5535 Johnson Dr., APN: 941-1315-4), and <br /> the furniture store (5525 Johnson Dr., APN: 941-1315-3) as determined by, <br /> subject to the review and approval by, and at a time determined by the Director <br /> of Engineering/City Engineer. (Project Specific Condition) <br /> 45. The applicant shall reconstruct curb, gutter and sidewalk along the Johnson <br /> Court frontage and any additional deficient sidewalk as determined by the <br /> Director of Engineering/City Engineer prior to issuance of the certificate of <br /> occupancy.
