Establish GHG reduction targets for various target years(e.g.,40-percent below baseline <br /> by 2030 and 80-percent below baseline by 2050) <br /> b. Identify the gap between the adjusted BAU forecast scenario and our determined GHG <br /> emission reduction targets <br /> 7. Co-benefits,goals,and actions (June 2020-8 months) <br /> a. Establish a list of quantifiable,actionable,and realistic sector specific goals and actions <br /> b. Determine other co-benefits which may not reduce GHG emissions,but are important <br /> and may prioritize various actions(e.g., cost reduction and water consumption) <br /> c. Establish a prioritization matrix which outlines cost,GHG emission reduction,and co- <br /> benefits of the established actions <br /> d. Develop model ordinances/resolutions <br /> 8. Implementation and Monitoring Plan (January 2021-2 months) <br /> a. Identify anticipated timeline, funding, staffing,and partnerships for established actions <br /> b.
