Councilmembers Testa and Pentin reported on attendance at the League of California Cities Annual <br /> Conference. <br /> Councilmember Narum discussed attendance at the Tri-Valley Transportation Commission Meeting and <br /> noted the list of new projects for the next round of studies. <br /> Councilmember Brown reported attendance at the Veteran's Day parade, the American Legion's <br /> Hundred-Year Celebration, a tour of Sunflower Hill, a Wheels Bus Board meeting and reported that <br /> ridership is up two months in a row. <br /> Mayor Thorne reported attendance at the League of California Cities Annual Conference and advised it <br /> was his last meeting he will attend as a state board member. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:08 p.m. The Council extended a <br /> tribute to our nation's men and women serving in the military.
