CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 625 ZONING UNIT NO. 109, AMENDING CHAPTER 2 of TITLE II OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON REZONING FROM THE RM-4000 (MULTI-FAMILY) DISTRICT TO THE P (PUBLIC AND INSTI- TUTIONAL) DISTRICT THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS A PORTION OF PARCEL 25, ASSESSOR'S MAP BOOK 99, PAGE 19, CONTAINING 1.63 ACRES MORE OR LESS AND BEING LOCATED GENERALLY IMMEDIATELY NORTHERLY OF A PARCEL ZONED P (PUBLIC AND INSTITUTIONAL) DISTRICT AT THE NORTH CORNER OF THIRD AND NEAL STREETS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: I. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960, referred to in ~2-12.12, Chapter 2 of Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts, is hereby amended as follows: Zoning Unit No. 109, as shown on the map dated April 19,197], on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, shall desig- nate the land use and zoning districts of the territory referred to therein. II. Said territory and zone classification, as amended, is further described as follows: Real Property of Frank Kreske, being approximately 1.63 acres, more or less, described as a portion of Parcel 25 Assessor's Map Book 99, Page 19, located generally immediately northerly of a parcel zoned P (Public and Institutional) District on the north side of Neal Street where it intersects with Third Stree% and presently zoned RM-4000 (Multi-Family) District, is hereby classified as follows: P (Public and Institutional) District III.
