ORDINANCE NO. 2201 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON AMENDING SECTION 2.04.020 <br /> OF THE PLEASANTON MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING COUNCILMEMBER <br /> SALARIES <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1: Section 2.04.020 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code is hereby amended to <br /> read as follows: <br /> "2.04.020 Salaries. <br /> The salary of each council member $1,201.75 per month." <br /> Section 2. A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) <br /> days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in <br /> the City of Pleasanton, and shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within <br /> fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately after the start of the next City <br /> Council term of office in December 2020. <br /> The foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br /> City of Pleasanton on November 5, 2019 and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of <br /> the City of Pleasanton on November 19, 2019 by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Brown, Pentin, Testa, Mayor Thorne <br /> Noes: Councilmember Narum <br /> Absent: None 1 <br /> J 1 <br /> Jerryorn , M or <br /> ATT ST: <br /> aren •jaz, City -rk <br /> APP 0\/ , r - TO FORM: <br /> 1 / <br /> Daniel G.
