RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, SETTING <br /> THE 2020 CALENDAR YEAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING SCHEDULE <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 2.04.010 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code allows the City Council <br /> by resolution to establish dates of its regular meeting; and <br /> WHEREAS, at its December 3, 2019 meeting, the City Council reviewed and considered <br /> the 2018 calendar year meeting schedule. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. That the 2020 City Council Regular Meeting Schedule is set as follows: <br /> January 21 July 21 <br /> February 4 August 18 <br /> February 18 September 1 <br /> March 3 September 15 <br /> March 17 October 6 <br /> April 21 October 20 <br /> May 5 November 17 <br /> May 19 December 1 <br /> June 2 December 15 <br /> June 16 <br /> SECTION 2. That all regular meetings of the City Council shall start at 7:00 p.m. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br /> a regular meeting held on December 3, 2019. <br /> I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br /> resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 3rd day of <br /> December 2019, by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: <br /> Noes: <br /> Absent: <br /> Abstain: <br /> Karen Diaz, City Clerk <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> Daniel G.
