program that is being used as a guideline for this City of Pleasanton program. Mr. Hernandez advised the focus would be to rehab even if the facility was an ADU. It was also noted that the City's program is focused on serving Pleasanton individuals quickly. Commissioner Duggan discussed with Mr. Hernandez the anticipated number of households that this program would be able to assist. It was stated that many who use the program would likely not use the full $150,000 amount and funding would be for smaller projects. Commissioner Kiziloglu again stated her concerns about abuse of the program and Commissioner Galvin felt abuse would be unlikely. Mr. Hernandez addressed concerns about abuse stating that City of Pleasanton clientele that Habitat has contacted are mainly seniors. He noted that Habitat would be managing and maintaining all projects and funds are not being given to the clients. Commissioner Duggan stated that she felt the grant and loan amount recommendation was good and wanted to be sure no other changes would be made. Commissioner Galvin agreed and indicated he did not see any reason not to approve. A motion was made by Commissioner Kiziloglu, seconded by Commissioner Duggan, recommending the proposed changes to the Pleasanton Housing Rehabilitation Program be approved by City Council. COMMISSION REPORTS Commissioner Kiziloglu asked for an update on the East Pleasanton and Stoneridge Development projects, indicating she had heard that the Stoneridge project was going to be 20% for affordable housing.
