CITY COUNCIL 0F THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 624 ZONING UNIT NO.108, AMENDING CHAPTER 2 of TITLE II OF THE ORDINANCE CODE 0P THE CITY OF PLEASANTON WITH RESPECT TO REZONING FROM THE A (AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT TO THE P (PUBLIC AND INSTITUTIONAL) DISTRICT AND THE RM-2000 (MULTI-FAMILY) DISTRICT THAT PROPERTY CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 9-7 ACRES LOCATED GENERALLY NORTH OF THE ARROYO DEL VALLE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: I. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960, referred to in Section 2-12.12, Chapter 2 of Title II of the Ordi- nance Code of the City of Pleasanton, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts, is hereby amended as follows: Zoning Unit No. 108, as shown on the map dated February 8, 1971, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, shall designate the land use and zoning districts of the territory referred to therein. II. Said territory and zone classification, as amended, is further described as follows: Real property of RuSsell G. Jones, being approximately 5.4 acres in size and located on the northerly side of the Del Valle Parkway and easterly of Harvest Road ZonedA' ~(Agricultural) District;ishereby claSsified!a~follows: P [Public and Institutional) District Real property of Russell G. Jones, being approximately 2.9 acres in size and located on the northerly bank of the Arroyo Det Valle some 500 feet westerly of the Western Pacific Railroad tracks and abutted on the north by the Delz Valle Parkway zoned A (Agricultural) District, is hereby classified as follows: RM-2000 (Multi-Family) District III. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen days after its adoption in "The Times", a newspaper of general circulation, published in the City of Pleasanton, and shall be in force on the thirty-first day after adoption.
