THE CITY OF 6 <br /> CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br /> pLEASANTON,. <br /> November 19, 2019 <br /> Operations Services <br /> TITLE: ACCEPT PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS PERFORMED BY D.H.R. <br /> CONSTRUCTION INC., FOR THE CALLIPPE PRESERVE GOLF COURSE <br /> BUNKER, TEES AND WEDDING AREA RENOVATIONS <br /> SUMMARY <br /> The project consisted of seven complete bunker renovations, the reconditioning of seven tees, <br /> and the re-grading of the wedding area. These improvements were a collaboration between <br /> City staff and CourseCo to ensure that maintenance needs were being met and enhance the <br /> course playability. The project is complete and ready for City Council acceptance. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> 1. Accept the project as complete. <br /> 2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the project. <br /> 3. Authorize payment of the retention in the amount of $11,076.69 to D.H.R. Construction <br /> Inc. thirty days after recordation of the Notice of Completion. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> Funding for this project totaled $211,000 allocated from the Golf Course Repair and <br /> Replacement Fund. Expenditures totaled $191,555.75 and the remaining balance of <br /> $19,444.24 will remain in the FY 2019/20 Golf Course Repair and Replacement Budget. <br />
