Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute the fifth amendment to agreement with <br /> Jarvis, Fay & Gibson for payment to Environmental Science Associates for Johnson Drive <br /> Economic Development Zone Supplemental Environmental Study <br /> City Council <br /> 2. Ratified Mayor's appointments to various commissions and committees - Bicycle, Pedestrian and <br /> Trails Committee: John Houston, Mark Flynn, Steve Nigro, Dan Schulenberg (alternate); <br /> Economic Vitality Committee: Steven Berberich, Business at Large, Michael Li, Commercial Real <br /> Estate Broker, Ellen Pensky Mcgraw, Commercial Services Firm, William Doerlich, Residential <br /> Real Estate Broker, Xia Tian, Residential Real Estate Development Housing Commission: Jay <br /> Galvin; Human Services Commission: Meera Parikh; Youth Commission: Kim Chew, Adult <br /> Representative, Kelly Mokashi, Adult Representative (alternate) <br /> City Manager <br /> 3. Adopted and waived full reading of Resolution 19-1111 approving an Option to Lease Agreement <br /> with Ridge View Commons II Associates, L.P. for a parcel of land located at 5200 Case Avenue <br /> Community Development <br /> 6. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> 7. Introduced and waived full reading of Ordinance No. 2197 amending Title 20 and relevant <br /> sections of the Pleasanton Municipal Code concerning the adoption of the 2019 Edition of the <br /> California Code of Regulations Title 24, including by reference the 2018 International Building, <br /> Existing Building, Residential, Fire, Property Maintenance, and Swimming Pool and Spa Codes; <br /> 2018 Uniform Plumbing and Mechanical Codes; 2017 National Electrical Code; 2019 California <br /> Green Building Standards Code <br />
