Approve the meeting minutes of September 11, 2019 and September 25, 2019 <br /> 2. P19-0151, Kevin Gregory — Application for Design Review approval to construct an <br /> approximately 5,761-square-foot, single-story residence with an approximately <br /> 1 ,137-square-foot attached garage located at 5 Winding Oaks Drive. Zoning for the <br /> property is Planned Unit Development — Hillside Residential/Open Space (PUD-HR/OS) <br /> District. <br /> Commissioner Ritter abstained from voting on the meeting minutes of September 25, <br /> 2019. <br /> Planning Commission Minutes Page 1 of 3 October 23, 2019 <br />PUD) Rezoning to rezone the project site from Planned Unit <br /> Development-General and Light Industrial (PUD-G&LI) District, Planned Unit Development <br /> Industrial/Commercial-Office (PUD I/C 0) District, and General Industrial (I-G-40,000) District to <br /> PUD-C District on 12 parcels at 7106 through 7315 Johnson Drive and 7035 and 7080 <br /> Commerce Circle, comprising approximately 40 acres known as the Johnson Drive Economic <br /> Development Zone (JDEDZ). <br /> P19-0389, Restrictions on sale of tobacco products near schools, parks and recreation <br /> centers <br /> Consider adding a new Chapter 18.109 Retailers of Tobacco Products and Accessories to the <br /> Municipal Code to prohibit the sale of tobacco products at retailers within 1,000 feet of public <br /> schools, public parks, and public recreation centers, except tobacco stores may remain as pre- <br /> existing non-conforming uses.
