COUNCIL REPORTS <br /> Mayor Thorne and Councilmember Pentin reported their plans to attend the League of California Cities <br /> conference on October 16-18, 2019 in Long Beach. Mayor Thorne noted this would his last conference <br /> as a board member of the League of California Cities. <br /> Councilmember Narum reported attendance at the Zone 7 Water Agency Open House on October 12, <br /> 2019. <br /> Councilmember Brown reported working with the Livermore Amador Valley Transit Authority and <br /> Wheels to launch its shared autonomous vehicle test project. She reported attendance at the City <br /> Ignite! Event, and, along with Councilmember Narum the Pleasanton Partnerships in Education <br /> Foundation (PPIE) Gala. She reported her plans to attend the upcoming Livermore Pride and the Tri- <br /> Valley Affordable Housing Convening. She reported the Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce will be <br /> hosting a "Women in Business" Economic Development luncheon on October 29 and that she will be <br /> walking in the Sean Brock 2.2K for 22. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:37 p.m. The Council extended a <br /> tribute to our nation's men and women serving in the military.
