BACKGROUND <br />Per the FY 2018/19 Community Grant and Contract Service Agreements, funded <br />agencies are required to submit a Mid-term Report and Final Performance Report. <br />In May 2018, the City Council approved the Comm ission's.fund in -g recommendations in <br />the Civic Arts category for the FY,2018/19 Community Grant Program. There were six <br />(6) agencies that received funding, totaling $42,669.38. Per the Community Grant and <br />Contract Service Agreement guidelines; agencies' projects must begin after July 1 and <br />conclude on or before June 30 of the following year. <br />DISCUSSION. <br />As noted in the Civic Arts Grants Compliance Summary Report, all agencies utilized <br />their entire grant funding allocations. For additional information, please review the Year <br />End :Reports which are included as Attachment 1. . <br />All agencies submitted the required Final Performance Report by the July 22; 20.19 <br />deadline.. Additional information regarding the agencies event and report submittals is <br />included in the.
