BACKGROUND <br />As noted in the City of Pleasanton Municipal Code,. Section . 2.28.080 Meetings, <br />regular meetings of .the Human Services Commission shall beheld on the first <br />Wednesday of each month at a time and place set by the commission. The commission <br />may approve an alternate meeting date. <br />Proposed Human Services Commission Meeting Schedule <br />January 1, 2020 — Cancel <br />February 5, 2020_ <br />March 4, 2020 — Community Grants Meeting (early start time 6 p.m.). <br />April 1, 2020 (consider relocation to Senior Center) <br />May 6; 2020 (consider relocation to Senior Center) <br />June 3, 2020 <br />July 1, 2020 <br />August 5, 2020 <br />September 2,. 2020 <br />October 7, 2019 <br />November 4, 2020 <br />December 2, 2020 <br />DISCUSSION <br />The commission may revise its regularly scheduled meetings during 2020 due .to <br />possible scheduling conflicts. For this item the commission, should discuss the schedule. <br />as presented. <br />The commission has expressed interest in hosting a meeting at, thea Pleasanton Senior <br />Center (5353 Sunol Blvd.).
