An automatic residential fire sprinkler system shall <br /> be designed and installed in accordance with NFPA 13D in all new one- and two-family dwellings <br /> and townhouses. In addition, the fire-sprinkler system shall be designed and sprinklers shall be <br /> installed in the following locations: <br /> 1.
