The committee reviews and prioritizes potential projects, provides input on policies related to bikeways and trails, and promotes community education and awareness regarding non-motorized forms of transportation. Approve the meeting minutes of September 11, 2019 and September 25, 2019 2. P19-0151, Kevin Gregory —Application for Design Review approval to construct an approximately 5,761-square-foot, single-story residence with an approximately 1,137-square-foot attached garage located at 5 Winding Oaks Drive. Zoning for the property is Planned Unit Development — Hillside Residential/Open Space (PUD-HR/OS) District. MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC 3.
