ATTACHMENT 1 <br /> FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> This First Amendment to Agreement is entered into this 1 day of July 2019 by the City of <br /> Pleasanton("City") and Preservation Arts formally SF Art Conservation("Contractor") <br /> Whereas, on June 15, 2018 the City and Preservation Arts entered into <br /> Agreement for Art Conservation Services ("Agreement"); and <br /> Whereas,the Agreement contemplated the parties ability to extend the <br /> Agreement additional years; and <br /> Whereas,the parties desire to amend to the Agreement during the first of four <br /> allowable extensions; <br /> Now,therefore,the parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. Section 1 of the Agreement is extended for the period from July 1, 2019 <br /> through June 30, 2020. <br /> 2. Section 2 of the Agreement, "Compensation" is amended for this <br /> extension period to include: City shall pay Contractor for services <br /> rendered pursuant to this Agreement as described more particularly in <br /> Exhibit A. The payments shall be made upon receipt and approval of the <br /> Contractors invoice. Total compensation for services and reimbursement <br /> for costs shall not exceed $62,330. <br /> 3.
