CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 620 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF TITLE II of <br /> THE ORDINANCE CODE RELATING TO THE FEES FOR PROCESSING <br /> OF APPLICATIONS FOR CERTAIN LAND USE CHANGES <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />~iFOLLOWS: <br /> <br />~!Section 2-3.03 of Article 5 of Chapter 1 of Title II of the Ordi- <br />~inance Code of the City of Pleasanton, relating to applications for <br /> <br /> Minor Subdivisions is hereby amended to provide as follows: <br /> <br /> "92-3.03 Application. The subdivider of a minor subdivision <br /> shall file an application with the City Clerk on a <br /> form prescribed by the City of Pleasanton. The appli <br /> cation shall be accompanied by a fee of $50.00 which <br /> will not be refundable, together with four (4) copies <br /> of a map showing the land to be subdivided, properly <br /> and accurately drawn to scale, and with sufficient <br /> additional information to determine accurately the <br /> boundaries of the proposed subdivision. Such map <br /> shall be certified as to accuracy by a registered <br /> civil engineer, or licensed surveyor. If all lots in <br /> the proposed subdivision are ten (10) acres or larger <br /> the City Engineer may permit a sketch of the land in <br /> place of the map. The City Engineer will refer said <br /> map or sketch to all public utilities for review." <br /> <br /> II. <br /> <br /> Section 2-2.36 of Article 3 of Chapter 1 of Title II of the Ordi- <br /> nance Code, relating to the submission of a preliminary subdivisior <br /> map is amended to provide as follows: <br /> <br /> "§2-2.36 Submission of Preliminary. Map. Prior to the filing <br /> of a tentative map, the subdivider shall submit to <br /> the Planning Director twenty-five (25) copies of the <br /> plans together with a fee of $50.00 which will not be <br /> refundable and such other information concerning a <br /> proposed or contemplated development as is deemed <br /> desirable. The Planning Director will then, within <br /> fourteen (14) days, schedule a conference of the <br /> Review Board with the subdivider on such plans and <br /> other data, and the Review Board will make such <br /> general recommendations to the subdivider as shall <br /> seem proper regarding such plans or data, and shall <br /> recommend consultations by the subdivider with other <br /> public or private agencies as may be disclosed by the <br /> plans to be interested." <br /> <br /> <br />
