39. WATER FEES AND WATER METER CONNECTION FEES: The applicant shall pay the <br /> applicable Zone 7 and City connection fees and water meter cost for any water meters and <br /> irrigation meters, if applicable, prior to building permit issuance. <br /> 40. SEWER FEES: The applicant shall pay the applicable Dublin-San Ramon Services District <br /> (DSRSD) and City sewer permit fees prior to building permit issuance. <br /> 41. SCHOOL IMPACT FEES — RESIDENTIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION: Applicant shall work with the <br /> Pleasanton Unified School District (PUSD) to develop a program to offset this project's long-term <br /> effect on school facility needs in Pleasanton. This program shall be designed to fund school <br /> facilities necessary to offset this project's reasonably related effect on the long-term need for <br /> expanded school facilities. The method and manner for the provision of these funds and/or <br /> facilities shall be approved by the PUSD and in place prior to building permit issuance. Written <br /> proof of compliance with this condition shall be provided by applicant to the City, on a form <br /> generated by the PUSD, prior to building permit issuance. <br /> ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT — LAND DEVELOPMENT — 925-931-5655 <br /> Design <br /> 42. DESIGN PER CITY STANDARDS: All public improvements shall be designed in compliance with <br /> the City Standard Specifications and Details in effect at the time of the issuance of the <br /> encroachment, grading, or subdivision permit, whichever occurs first. <br /> 43. SANITARY SEWER: The applicant's California licensed civil engineer shall design the sanitary <br /> sewer service system in conformance with Chapter 15 of the Municipal Code, the City Standard <br /> Specifications and Details dated November 2015, and the City's Design Guide dated 1984. <br /> (PROJECT SPECIFIC CONDITION) <br /> 44. WATER METERS: The applicant shall install two water meters to provide water to two of the <br /> three new homes per City Standard Drawing No. 305. The applicant shall use the existing water <br /> meter or upgrade to a different size meter to serve the third new home. (PROJECT SPECIFIC <br /> CONDITION) <br /> 45. STORM DRAIN: A public storm drain line in Stanley Boulevard has a stub in a northerly direction. <br /> The applicant's California licensed civil engineer shall field verify the size and invert elevation of <br /> the existing stub for connecting the onsite storm drain system by gravity. The details and the <br /> design shall be subject to the review and approval of the Director of Engineering/City Engineer. <br /> (PROJECT SPECIFIC CONDITION) <br /> 46. GEOTECHNICAL CONSULTANT — DESIGN CERTIFICATION: The applicant shall comply with <br /> the recommendations of the project geotechnical report. The applicant's California licensed <br /> geotechnical engineer shall review and approve all foundation, retaining walls, drainage and <br /> geotechnical aspects of the final grading and improvement plans and shall certify on the plans or <br /> as otherwise acceptable to the Director of Engineering/City Engineer that the plans are in general <br /> compliance with the recommendations of the project geotechnical report. The applicant shall bear <br /> all costs for work related to this condition by their geotechnical engineer. <br /> 47.
