3.8 Hydrology, Drainage, and Water Quality <br /> <br />1) General: Reading through this section and the associated Appendix F, it is hard to find a clear <br />statement that Zone 7 guarantees they will supply Pleasanton the additional 99 AFA required <br />for this proposed plan. It looks like the City’s 2015 UWMP did not capture this amount, but <br />Zone 7 appears to be projecting access to water which may be able to accommodate this extra. <br />However, it isn’t clearly stated that Zone 7 guarantees the delivery of this amount. Going from <br />842 AFA to 941 AFA is a significant jump, and a guarantee from our supplier needs to be <br />displayed clearly if available. <br />2) General: The inclusion in of properties on the corner of Ray St and First St in the EIR should be <br />considered seriously as well. There are several potential legacy issues associated with more <br />than one property on that corner, and the City should assure itself that including any of these <br />properties in the EIR, or by reference, doesn’t create legal and financial liabilities for the City <br />down the road. <br /> <br /> <br />
