Downtown Specific Plan Update <br />Downtown Design Guidelines Amendments <br />ATTACHMENT 3 <br />1 <br />DRAFT AMENDMENTS TO THE DOWNTOWN DESIGN GUIDELINES <br />Below are proposed amendments to the Downtown Design Guidelines necessary as a <br />result of the update the Downtown Specific Plan. Proposed text to be inserted is <br />indicated in underline, and proposed text to be deleted in strikethrough format. <br />Page Proposed Amendment <br />6 The map showing the Downtown Specific Plan boundary needs to be <br />updated. <br />13 Height & Mass <br />New buildings shall generally be 1 to 2 stories high, except as <br />otherwise allowed and consistent with the policies of the <br />Downtown Specific Plan. <br />3 story buildings may be allowed on a case-by-case basis <br />subject to special design criteria discretionary review. <br />Resolution PC-2019-13
