Section 904 of the California Building Code ?81-� 2019 Edition, (24 C.C.R. Part 2), and including by reference the International Building Code, �5 2018 Edition is amended to read as shown in section 904 of the Pleasanton Fire Code (PMC Chapter 20.24). 20.08.060 CBC Section 1505 amended —Fire Classification. Table 1505.1 Minimum Roof Coverings Classification is deleted, and Section 1505.1 is amended to add the following paragraph to read as follows: 1505.1 General. Roof coverings shall h� firo ro+�rrl�n+ have a minimum Class B or higher resistance ratinc for all buildings regardless of type of construction. 20.08.070 CBC Section 1705.3 amended —Concrete Construction. Section 1705.3 Exception 1 is amended to read as follows: 1705.3 Concrete Construction. The special inspections and verifications for concrete construction shall be as required by this section and Table 1705.3. Exception: Special inspections shall not be required for isolated spread concrete footings of buildings three stories or less above grade plane that are fully supported on earth or rock, where the structural design of the footing is based on a specified compressive strength, f'�, no greater than 2,500 pound per square inch (psi) (17.2 Mpa). 20.08.080 Page 12 of 52
