Motion passed by the <br />following vote: <br />Ayes: Councilmembers Brown, <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL <br />Narum, Pentin, Testa, Mayor Thorne <br />Councilmember Testa requested a discussion item in the future regarding neon signs.
