ALCOHOL SERVICE: Alcohol service for axe-throwing participants shall be limited to a <br /> maximum of two drinks per session before and during play, per axe-throwing participant. The <br /> applicant shall work with the Pleasanton Police Department to develop an effective monitoring <br /> system to enforce this limit. (PROJECT SPECIFIC CONDITION) <br /> 6. EMPLOYEE ALCOHOL TRAINING PROGRAM: Prior to the start of employment, all coaches <br /> and employees that serve alcohol shall undergo an alcohol training program, such as TIPS <br /> (Training for Intervention Procedures), designed to prevent intoxication, underage drinking, and <br /> drunk driving. (PROJECT SPECIFIC CONDITION) <br /> 7. FOOD SERVICE: Food items shall be available to patrons during all operating hours of the <br /> business. (PROJECT SPECIFIC CONDITION) <br /> 8. DEPARTMENT OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL: The applicant shall obtain all <br /> necessary approvals from the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) <br /> prior to operation. (PROJECT SPECIFIC CONDITION) <br /> 9. MINIMUM AGE OF PARTICIPANTS: Axe-throwing participants shall be at least 13 years of <br /> age. However, children 10 years and older may participate if part of an organized youth group. <br /> Waivers signed by a responsible parent or guardian shall be required for all participants under <br /> the age of 18. (PROJECT SPECIFIC CONDITION) <br /> 10. LANE FENCING: Each axe-throwing lane and target shall be fully fenced, including full-height <br /> side and overhead fencing, so as to keep axes within the lane in question. (PROJECT <br /> SPECIFIC CONDITION) <br /> 11. LANE SUPERVISION: Each axe-throwing lane shall be monitored by an employee "coach" <br /> when in use, with one coach per lane. (PROJECT SPECIFIC CONDITION) <br /> 12. OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES: The applicant shall not conduct any outdoor events or activities at any <br /> time. (PROJECT SPECIFIC CONDITION) <br /> 13. NOISE: The applicant shall: <br /> a. Keep all exterior doors of the building closed when not being used for ingress/egress <br /> purposes. <br /> b. Inform all patrons to not loiter outside of the building and to be courteous and quiet when <br /> entering or leaving the parking area. (PROJECT SPECIFIC CONDITION) <br /> 14.
