Commissioner Welsh indicated that she would like for re-evaluation of the Habit for Humanity Housing Rehabilitation Program to also be included in the motion. Commissioner Kiziloglu stated she did not want to approve funding for ECHO Housing and thought the funds for them would be better used by CityServe. Commissioner Welsh commented on ECHO's housing counseling services and the requested information the agency will be providing the Commission. Commissioner Kiziloglu again stated that ECHO funds could be better used if allocated to CityServe. Commissioner Gaidos felt the bi-annual reporting time should be when the Commission looks at things to determine if funds are being used by Habitat and that is when the reevaluation should be considered. NOES: Commissioner Kiziloglu ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None MATTERS INITIATED BY MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION None COMMISSION REPORTS Commissioner Kiziloglu provided information on an April 15-17, 2019 "Shaping the Future" housing conference event in Sacramento. She questioned whether any members of the Commission would be interested in joining her to attend. Mr. Hernandez commented on workshops and conferences that relate to purview of the Commission. He indicated that no budget was available for Commissioners to attend this year but could be included in the budget for the next year.
