was seconded by Ellen Pensky McGraw; the motion passed with a vote of 15-0-1 with Julie <br />Testa abstaining. <br />Christina Nystrom Mantha recommended a vote to support the framework for the Coordinated <br />Business Support program. Will Doerlich moved to support the Coordinated Business Support <br />Program with a second by Barbara Steinfeld the vote passed16-0-0. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY ECONOMIC VITALITY COMMITTEE <br />Steve Baker offered a recap of the final Downtown Specific Plan Update Task Force meeting, <br />noting that by a vote of 4-3 the task force supported forwarding the task force <br />recommendations to the Planning Commission and City Council and so did not support the <br />Council's positions from its April consideration of DSP topics. He indicated the Downtown <br />Specific Plan would be considered by the City Council in August or September. <br />MEETING ADJOURNED <br />The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 a.m. <br />
