RIDGE VIEW COMMONS UPDATE <br />JULY/AUGUST 2019 <br />• Apartment Turnover <br />In July, we had three (3) move -in, and in August, we had one (1) new <br />move -in. To fill our vacancies, we contacted seventeen (17) applicants <br />from our 1 It waiting list (applicants that currently live or work in the city <br />of Pleasanton). <br />• Back Flow <br />The annual inspection of the twenty-three (23) backflow devices took <br />place in July. Twenty-one of them passed, and the other two did not. <br />One of the devices could be repaired, and the other we had to replace. <br />• Fire Department Re -Inspection <br />In accordance with the current California Fire Code, Municipal Codes, <br />and California Code of Regulations Title 19, the Fire Marshall returned <br />to sign off on the work we performed for compliance. We replace five <br />Fire Riser Gauge's, installed two new hydraulic name plates on the <br />Risers. and had magnets installed on the Fire Doors in the lobby of the <br />Community Building. We also replaced all 204 interior Exit signs on <br />campus. <br />
