I � �� <br /> _j�LE AS�4NTON_� MEETING MINUTES <br /> City Council Chamber <br /> 200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br /> DRAFT <br /> Wednesday, August 14, 2019 <br /> CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, AND ROLL CALL <br /> The Planning Commission Meeting of August 14, 2019 was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by <br /> Chair Allen. <br /> The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Commissioner Allen. <br /> Staff Members Present: Brian Dolan, Acting Director of Community Development/Assistant <br /> City Manager; Jennifer Hagen, Associate Planner; Julie Harryman, <br /> Assistant City Attorney; Eric Luchini, Associate Planner; Steve Otto, <br /> Senior Planner; Stefanie Ananthan, Recording Secretary <br /> Commissioners Present: Commissioners Jack Balch, Justin Brown, Greg O'Connor, Brandon <br /> Pace, Herb Ritter and Chair Nancy Allen <br /> Commissioners Absent: None <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> There were no agenda amendments. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR - Consent Calendar items are considered routine and will be enacted by one <br /> motion unless a request for removal for discussion or explanation is received from the Planning <br /> Commission or a member of the public by submitting a speaker card for that item. <br /> Chair Allen requested that Item 2, P19-0140 be pulled from the Consent Calendar for public <br /> comment. <br /> 1. Approve the meeting minutes of July 24, 2019 <br /> 2. P19-0140, Michael Hill/Limitless Axe Lounge — Application for Conditional Use Permit <br /> approval to operate an indoor axe throwing lounge within an existing tenant space located <br /> at 1809 Santa Rita Road, Suites A & B. Zoning for the property is PUD-C (Planned Unit <br /> Development-Commercial) District. <br /> Item 2 was pulled from the Consent Calendar and discussed under Public Hearing. <br /> Planning Commission Minutes Page 1 of 9 August 14, 2019 <br /> numerous speakers for any specific item.
