BACKGROUND <br />In 2017, as part of the Library's Strategic Plan efforts, the Library Commission voted to <br />make outreach a goal for the Commission. A PowerPoint presentation was created for <br />the Commission presentations to have consistency in content and message. <br />DISCUSSION <br />With the update to the Library and Recreation Strategic Plan, updates to library <br />programs and statistics, and after reviewing the From Awareness to Funding Report at <br />the August Library Commission meeting, the Commissioners requested that we bring <br />the presentation back for comments and input on how to update for greater <br />effectiveness and currency.
