Facility Civic Center —Main Building Address 200 Old Bernal Avenue Frequency 5 -Day Service Square Footage 14,353 Daily Service Requirements • Vacuum all carpeted areas including under desks, chairs, and tables • Clean and sweep all entryways including Foyer • Empty all exterior trash cans and clean lids • Clean glass on storefront entryway doors and side windows • Clean all tables in Conference Rooms (straighten furniture to give a neat appearance) • Empty all trash cans and replace liners • Empty all recycle cans and place contents into Pleasanton Garbage Service recycle containers • Spot clean carpet • Restock all dispensers (Do not over fill Multifold Towel dispensers) • Thoroughly clean and sanitize all urinals and toilets (every exposed surface of china including under bowl and all sides MUST be cleaned and sanitized) • Thoroughly clean and sanitize all faucets • Thoroughly clean and sanitize all counter tops • Clean microwave • Thoroughly clean and sanitize restroom floors Weekly Service Requirements • Dust file cabinets, partitions, wall mounted picture frames, and window sills • Remove any rust, calcium, chemical, hard water, or soap stains and polish all related chrome • Remove and soap build-up or hard water stains • Clean outside light fixtures and remove cobwebs • Polish all stainless steel including drinking fountains and kick plates • Polish all stainless-steel devices, equipment and dispensers (including all kitchen equipment) Monthly Service Requirements • Deep clean all restrooms (see Deep Cleaning Specifications) • High dust all areas of building • Clean all vents, grills and registers • Clean baseboards Bi -Annual Service Requirements • Wash windows in entire building (see Window Washing Specifications) • Strip and wax all hard surface floors in building (see Floor Finish Specifications for details on acceptable finish methods) • Extract or bonnet clean all carpeted areas Page � 21
