Facility Pleasanton Library Address 400 Old Bernal Avenue Frequency 7 -Day Service Square Footage 32,802 Daily Service Requirements • Vacuum all carpeted areas including under desks, chairs, and tables • Clean and sweep all entryways including Foyer • Clean all tables in Conference Rooms (straighten furniture to give a neat appearance) • Clean all counter tops • Wash all entryway glass • Empty all exterior trash cans and clean lids • Clean all stainless steel including drinking fountains and kick plates • Empty all trash cans and replace liners • Empty all recycle cans and place contents into Pleasanton Garbage Service recycle containers. • Spot clean carpet • Restock all dispensers (Do not over fill Multifold Towel dispensers) • Thoroughly clean and sanitize all urinals and toilets (every exposed surface of china including under bowl and all sides MUST be cleaned and sanitized) • Thoroughly clean and sanitize all faucets • Thoroughly clean and sanitize all counter tops • Empty and clean coffee maker carafe and wipe down coffee maker • Thoroughly clean and sanitize restroom floors Weekly Service Requirements • Dust file cabinets, partitions, wall mounted picture frames, and window sills • Wipe all table surfaces in the building • Remove any rust, calcium, chemical or hard water stains and polish all related chrome • Remove and soap build-up or hard water stains • Clean outside light fixtures and remove cobwebs • Polish all stainless-steel devices, equipment and dispensers- Including all kitchen equipment Monthly Service Requirements • High dust all areas of building • Deep clean all restrooms (see Deep Cleaning Specifications) • Clean all vents, grills and registers • Clean baseboards Bi -Annual Service Requirements • Strip and wax all hard surface floors in building (see Floor Finish Specifications for details on acceptable finish methods) • Wash windows in entire building (see Window Washing Specifications) • Extract or bonnet clean all carpeted areas Page (19
