FIRSTCARBON Proposal Deliverables • One electronic copy of the Administrative Draft Addendum (in Microsoft Word and PDF format)to the City of Pleasanton for review and comment. • One electronic copy of the draft Traffic study(in Microsoft Word and PDF format)to the City of Pleasanton for review and comment. • 23 hard copies and one electronic copy(PDF)of the final Traffic Study to the City of Pleasanton for distribution. • 23 hard copies and one electronic copy(PDF)of the final Addendum to the City of Pleasanton for distribution. (Appendices will be placed on a CD affixed to each document copy.) Assumptions • FCS will be provided the following technical reports for use in the Addendum: - Health Risk Assessment(assumed to use accepted Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) methodology) - Arborist Report - Noise Assessment - Phase I Environmental Site Assessment(Phase I ESA) • FCS is not expected to prepare any technical analyses with the exception of general air quality modeling using CalEEMod and traffic analysis(as provided by Hexagon Transportation Consultants, Inc.). FCS will summarize and incorporate by reference the technical reports provided by the City and Hexagon. • FCS will provide up to 23 hard copies of the Addendum and Traffic Study, as needed,for the Planning Commission and City Council. • Cost will be billed on a percentage basis. Cost The total cost to perform the tasks and deliverables listed above is estimated to be$79,995.An approximately 10 percent contingency of$8,000 is included to be used for direct costs (printing) or additional tasks, as assigned by the City and at the discretion if FCS. In addition, an approximately 10 percent contingency of$5,280 is included to be used for any unforeseen, additional traffic analysis. The total charges shall not exceed $93,275.
