Fuel Station Canopy: The new fuel station canopy would have a yellow-, white-, and <br /> red—colored fascia (Shell brand colors) with a dark brown faux tile plastic roof material. The <br /> canopy columns would be tan-colored stucco with stone veneer at the bottom, matching the <br /> 7-Eleven convenience store building. The four existing unleaded fuel pumps would be <br /> removed and reinstalled and two diesel pumps would be added. The canopy would <br /> measure approximately 20 feet 8 inches in height from the grade to the top the mansard <br /> roof. <br /> Trash Enclosure: The proposed roofed trash enclosure would be a freestanding structure <br /> located adjacent to the westerly property line between the carwash building and the <br /> 7-Eleven convenience store. The enclosure would have cement plaster over concrete block <br /> walls and stone veneer wainscot. A solid double metal gate would be located on the front <br /> elevation, and a man-door would be located on the south side of the enclosure.
