Fuel Station Canopy: The new fuel station canopy would have a yellow-, white-, and
red—colored fascia (Shell brand colors) with a dark brown faux tile plastic roof material. The
canopy columns would be tan-colored stucco with stone veneer at the bottom, matching the
7-Eleven convenience store building. The four existing unleaded fuel pumps would be
removed and reinstalled and two diesel pumps would be added. The canopy would
measure approximately 20 feet 8 inches in height from the grade to the top the mansard
roof.
Trash Enclosure: The proposed roofed trash enclosure would be a freestanding structure
located adjacent to the westerly property line between the carwash building and the
7-Eleven convenience store. The enclosure would have cement plaster over concrete block
walls and stone veneer wainscot. A solid double metal gate would be located on the front
elevation, and a man-door would be located on the south side of the enclosure. The
exterior colors and roof of the enclosure would match those of the store and carwash
buildings.
Figures 6-8 show the proposed building elevations and Figures 9-10 show street-view
renderings of the proposed project.
Fi•ure 6: Pro•osed Elevations for the 7-Eleven Store
rill111111M- 11111.111
":.Roil' Or4,.C; ;SLa.4; '`Y•ua `
NE. ■
4YU," "
_- •a.,kc fir.(fOQ, 'r
!r■ r
L 999 PPP 111 pp
'fir.
