CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 615 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 107]~ AMENDING CHAPTER 2 OF TITLE II OF THE <br /> ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON WITH RESPECT TO <br /> REZONING FROM THE RM-4000 (MULTI-FAMILY) DISTRICT TO THE <br /> P (PUBLIC AND INSTITUTIONAL) DISTRICT THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED <br /> AS PARCEL 38, BLOCK 14, ASSESSOR'S BOOK 94, CONTAINING <br /> APPROXIMATELY 1.86 ACRES <br /> <br />;..THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> I. <br /> <br /> The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960, <br /> referred to in Section 2-12.12, Chapter 2 of Title II of the Ordi- <br /> nance Code of the City of Pleasanton, designating and dividing the <br /> City of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts, is hereby amended as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 107, as shown on the map dated November 16, <br /> 1970 on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, shall designate <br /> the land use and zoning districts of the territory referred <br /> to therein. <br /> <br /> II. <br /> <br /> Said territory and zone classification, as amended, is further <br /> described as follows: <br /> <br /> Real property of Julius Levine, being approximately 1.86 acres <br /> described as Parcel 38, Block 14, Assessor's Book 94, located <br /> on the northerly side of Neal Street adjacent the extension of <br /> Third Street, is hereby classified as follows: <br /> <br /> P (Public and Institutional) District <br /> <br /> III. <br /> <br /> This Ordinance shall be published once within fifteen days after <br /> its adoption in "THE TIMES", a newspaper of general circulation, <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton, and shall be in force on the <br /> thirty-first day after adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> <br /> <br />
