The draft plan, as it is being <br /> presented to the City Council for adoption, comprises two elements: (1) the November <br /> 2018 Public Review Draft Specific Plan, and (2) a series of recommended <br /> revisions/amendments to the November Draft (summarized in table format) based on <br /> additional public input, Task Force and Planning Commission recommendations, and <br /> the April/May 2019 City Council direction. <br /> Note that in instances where either the Task Force or Planning Commission direction <br /> differed from that provided by the City Council on key policy topics, the table of <br /> Page 5 of 18 <br />
