Describe the current status of your project or program (e.g., planning, pre -development, activity underway, service <br />marketing, etc.) and the current focus of any activity. <br />Report 1 <br />The project is Maintenance and Repair for 7 Pleasanton homes housing adults with developmental disabilities so they may live as <br />independently as possible. On an annual basis, REACH expenses range from $25-$30k. REACH was awarded $12k in LIHF. AS of <br />12/30/18, REACH has submitted monthly invoices and has expended all funds. <br />Report 2 <br />The project is Maintenance and Repair for 7 Pleasanton homes housing adults with developmental disabilities so they may live as <br />independently as possible. On an annual basis, REACH expenses for maintaining the properties ranges from $25k- $35k. REACH <br />was award $12k in LIHF and as of 12/30/18 expended all funds. All invoices substantiating these expenses have been submitted. <br />6. Describe any significant actions taken during the reporting period. <br />Report 1 <br />Due to the nature of the project and by maintaining the 7 Pleasanton homes along with 2 Livermore homes for over 28 years, <br />REACH demonstrates an accurate projection of services needed and there were no significant or necessary actions taken during <br />this reporting period. <br />REACH has a solid understanding of the financial and management requirements to properly maintain and repair the homes on a <br />regular and as needed basis. <br />Report 2 <br />REACH continues to properly maintain the properties and has done so for over 28 years. Due to the increasing number of <br />individuals seeking independent living and the lack of housing opportunities for them, REACH is actively seeking additional <br />properties, as well as property modifications to add additional tenants. <br />REACH has a solid understanding of the financial and management requirements to properly maintain and repair the homes. <br />7.
